To meet the different needs and challenges of our clients, CROP deploys many different methodological processes, from the most common to the latest innovations currently revolutionizing the industry.

Our methodologies can be grouped into two main categories:

Quantitative

  • Market research surveys and public opinion surveys, by panel or by telephone, of the general population, targeted and more specific populations or the customer lists of our clients.
  • Data analysis: from traditional statistical analysis to analysis by artificial intelligence (machine learning, neural network, etc.)

Qualitative

  • Focus groups.
  • In-depth one-on-one interviews (stakeholders, targeted individuals, etc.)
  • “Nethnography,” an ethnographic protocol self-administered by participants and managed by online protocols and applications (smartphones, tablets, etc.)
